Leatherica– Customer-Friendly Return & Exchange Policy

Warranty Policy:

We provide a 1-year shoe warranty.
Water damage is not covered under warranty.
In case of any issues, shoes will be repaired within 7-10 days.
Delivery charges apply to sale items.

Exchange & Refund Policy:

Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the shoes are unused and the product tag is intact.
Article exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase, under the same conditions (unused and with the product tag).
No returns on sale items.
Sale items can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
Delivery charges apply to sale items.

Easy Refund Policy:

The original bill is required for any claim.

If a customer wishes to return a shoe, 20% of the total amount will be deducted. (For example, if the shoe costs 10,000 rupees, 2,000 rupees will be deducted as per our refund policy.)

Returns are only accepted within 3 days of purchase, and the shoes must be unused with the product tag attached.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
